1.Grassroot Sport

Role - Coaches - Looking for certified coaches for our school programs in Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Basketball and Chess. Selected candidates will be full time employees of TENVIC wherein they will be given inputs on TENVIC style of coaching, which includes a separate certification and assessment for candidates. This will be a pan India job.

2.Lessons from Sport - Brief description of Lessons from Sport:

-Corporate learning engagements through sport and sporting icons

-Mind coaching and mentoring of professional sportspersons and sports teams

-Life skills development through sport for children

Role: Business Head

Location: Bangalore

Role description: Setting vision and goals for the business, creating a strategic plan and managing a team to deliver the business

Expectations: MBA from a good business school, with minimum 7-8 years of experience in any industry and experience in running a business unit and leading a team

1.Branding & Sport - Brief description of Branding and Sport

-Sports marketing consulting and activations for brands towards reaching their consumers

-Sports content development

-Sports tourism and hospitality

-Sports merchandize

-Sport and social responsibility

-Events and properties

Role 1.Sales and strategic partnerships manager

Role description: New business development in some of the above areas, strategic partnerships, core business generation, sponsorships, setting up an executional ecosystem

Location: Bangalore or Mumbai

Expectations:

>-Core skills: Minimum 2-3 years of business experience in the relevant areas (B2B sales / key accounts)ong

-Soft skills: Ability to take ownership, leadership potential, excellent communication skills, people management, attention to detail, timeline management, process orientation

Role 2.Project and vendor manager:

Role description: Post-sales client, agency and project management, planning and supervision of execution across above areas

Location: Bangalore or Mumbai<>/p

Expectations:

-Core skills: Minimum 2-3 years of business experience in client interfacing and vendor management, key account management

-Soft skills: Ability to take ownership, leadership potential, excellent communication skills, people management, attention to detail, timeline management, process orientation

Role 3.Event manager:

Role description: On-ground setup, execution of Events and Properties

Location: Bangalore or Mumbai

Expectations:

-Core skills: Minimum 3 years experience in the events industry, in working on live events/properties. Sports events experience a bonus, but not critical.

-Soft skills: Quick learning ability, hands-on approach, high attention to detail, people and relationships management

Role description:

Job descriptions, understanding of requirements of all verticals and recruitment

Structuring compensation and benefits

Planning, monitoring and implementing an appraisal system, setting up a rewards system

Drafting and ensuring compliance on organizational policies, meeting legal requirements

Defining needs, monitoring skills and career paths, and implementing training programs

Employee engagement events

Ensuring organizational ethics, discipline and values

Location: Bangalore

Expectations: Relevant experience for minimum 4 years in a similar role
